Introduction

Aims The Stress Awareness Downloadable Distance Learning Pack aims to give each candidate the ability to not only spot the signs and symptoms of stress in themselves but in others, it will help workers to identify the elements of their work and daily lives that impact negatively on their emotional health with the aim of prevention and improved wellbeing and a reduction of personal stress in the workplace.
